Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Absolutely. Data security is our top priority. Our technicians never access personal files during Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix. We follow strict protocols to prevent data loss, and we'll always inform you before any procedure that could affect stored data. Your privacy is fully protected. We also serve Bordi, Vangaon Station, Vangaon, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Xigox handles Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix for all major brands in Bordi Beach, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi Beach.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Bordi Beach. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Free pickup also available in Bordi, Vangaon Station, Vangaon and surrounding areas.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Bordi Beach: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers across Bordi Beach (401701) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Bordi Beach. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We also serve Bordi, Vangaon Station, Vangaon, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Bordi, Vangaon Station, Vangaon, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Bordi Beach. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi Beach.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Bordi Beach, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Chikoo Farms in Bordi Beach are covered by our free pickup.

How it's done
How We Perform Black Screen Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A panel matched to your exact model's resolution, size, and connector pinout — a mismatched panel will power on but show no image.
- Anti-static handling, since display cables and connectors are easily damaged by static discharge.
- About 30–45 minutes of bench time once the correct panel is in hand.
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, spiderweb lines, or dark/discolored patches on the panel.
- A picture that works but flickers, has vertical lines, or shows incorrect colors.
- A backlight that stays off while the laptop itself is clearly powered on (keyboard lights up, fans spin).
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.

For Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Bordi Beach specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix.
