Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A Apple with keyboard or battery issues in Nagpada isn't something every repair shop can fix. Apple's T2 chip requires specific diagnostic firmware. Xigox's Apple technicians use Apple-specific tools: the full Apple toolset. There are many repair shops in Nagpada, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Nagpada.
