Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts

FAQs — Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Tarapur
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Xigox handles Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix for all major brands in Tarapur, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Customers across Tarapur (401506) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Tarapur. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Our service covers the full 401506 postal area in Tarapur.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Tarapur: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Tarapur Road in Tarapur are covered by our free pickup.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Tarapur. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Tarapur. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Free pickup also available in Umroli Phata, Umroli, Umroli Station and surrounding areas.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Tarapur (401506) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 401506 postal area in Tarapur.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Tarapur, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Tarapur Road in Tarapur are covered by our free pickup.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Tarapur, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.

Apple MacBook Repair in Tarapur — Xigox
Most Tarapur repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401506 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Tarapur Road, our service coverage extends across Tarapur and all surrounding localities. In addition to Tarapur, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli Phata, Umroli, Umroli Station and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Tarapur. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook.

How it's done
How We Perform Black Screen Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A panel matched to your exact model's resolution, size, and connector pinout — a mismatched panel will power on but show no image.
- Anti-static handling, since display cables and connectors are easily damaged by static discharge.
- About 30–45 minutes of bench time once the correct panel is in hand.
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, spiderweb lines, or dark/discolored patches on the panel.
- A picture that works but flickers, has vertical lines, or shows incorrect colors.
- A backlight that stays off while the laptop itself is clearly powered on (keyboard lights up, fans spin).
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
