Xigox is BKC's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. We actively serve the entire 400051 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kurla, our service coverage extends across BKC and all surrounding localities. In addition to BKC, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra East, Kherwadi, Kurla West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in BKC. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians attempt a repair of the existing installation's boot files/configuration first where the data is important to preserve, before considering a full reinstall, which should be a last resort rather than a first response.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple MacBook Laptop Boot Issue Fix in BKC: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in BKC are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in BKC, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across BKC.
We know you can't stay disconnected in BKC. We plan this repair for maximum convenience. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your BKC home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Need your Apple fixed urgently? We provide emergency this job in BKC for time-sensitive situations. Whether you have a presentation tomorrow and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in BKC. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your job immediately.
Getting your Apple fixed in BKC is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your BKC doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in BKC is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
There are many repair shops in BKC, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in BKC.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Xigox isn't just for individuals BKC rely on our repair to maintain productivity. Our corporate solutions include AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this repair for your BKC office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Get it fixed properly in BKC. We bring together trained specialists, genuine components, transparent ₹350 diagnostics, and a written 90-day warranty on every Apple MacBook Laptop Boot Issue Fix. Join the thousands in BKC who trust us — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for doorstep convenience in BKC.
