Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Halav Pol's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Palghar, our service coverage extends across Halav Pol and all surrounding localities. In addition to Halav Pol, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Palghar Market, Palghar Station, Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Halav Pol; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple MacBook leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians benchmark before and after each fix step (clearing startup bloat, checking drive health, verifying RAM, checking temperatures) so you can see which specific change actually moved the needle, rather than a vague "it should be faster now."
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Halav Pol is significantly more serious than on standard laptops — the MacBook board design makes liquid damage more severe. Xigox's Apple team performs corrosion cleaning under microscope: all liquid ingress points addressed — with complete post-clean validation. For Apple MacBook Boot Time Optimization in Halav Pol specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Boot Time Optimization.
There are many repair shops in Halav Pol, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in complete transparency. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Halav Pol.
We know your time is valuable in Halav Pol. Xigox plans this repair for rapid turnaround. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Halav Pol address, perform the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this job — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Halav Pol trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.

A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Halav Pol, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the job was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Halav Pol.
Reliability matters for this repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
