Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vile Parle East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
