Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Tardeo repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Tardeo AC Market, our service coverage extends across Tardeo and all surrounding localities. In addition to Tardeo, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cumballa Hill, Pedder Road, Breach Candy and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Tardeo. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we connect the device to your network directly, confirm it's assigned a stable address rather than one that changes and breaks the connection later, and test printing/connecting from more than one device on the network before considering setup complete.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A Apple with keyboard or battery issues in Tardeo isn't something every repair shop can fix. Apple's T2 chip requires specific diagnostic firmware. Xigox's Apple technicians use Apple-specific tools: the full Apple toolset. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple MacBook LAN Setup in Tardeo — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple MacBook LAN Setup is complete.
There are many repair shops in Tardeo, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Tardeo.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Tardeo is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Getting your Apple fixed in Tardeo is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Tardeo doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete job in Tardeo? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — this job is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Tardeo address fully tested.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this job — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Tardeo are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: accurate quotes, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Tardeo customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing."
