Most Cuffe Parade repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Apple MacBook fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Cuffe Parade requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. For Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade in Cuffe Parade specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade.
All this issue performed by Xigox in Cuffe Parade comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Cuffe Parade is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with the repair.
Quality matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Not everyone in Cuffe Parade can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers undergo rigorous training specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Cuffe Parade clients.
Traveling across town in Cuffe Parade is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this issue. Simply share your Cuffe Parade address, and our technician will pick up the Apple from your home or office. After the issue is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority this issue in Cuffe Parade for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service guarantees completion within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Cuffe Parade. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Cuffe Parade are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Getting your Apple fixed in Cuffe Parade is designed to be straightforward. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Cuffe Parade address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this issue is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Apple is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Every minute your Apple is down matters. This is why we offer a fast, transparent, doorstep Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade that just works. No waiting in queues — only honest, warranty-backed repairs. Call +91 74997 61196 to arrange same-day Apple MacBook Laptop NVMe SSD Upgrade.
