Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Thane West requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. For Apple MacBook Laptop Preventive Maintenance in Thane West specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Laptop Preventive Maintenance.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Thane West are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Businesses across Thane West trust our repair to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Thane West workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Thane West, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Thane West.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Thane West is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Customers from Thane West with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. By trusting us for this issue in Thane West, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Thane West will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
