Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private
- Microscope and board-level tools

Apple MacBook Repair in Carter Road — Xigox
Most Carter Road repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400050 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Otters Club, our service coverage extends across Carter Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Carter Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Pali Hill, Bandra, Linking Road and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Carter Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook.

How it's done
How We Perform Same Day Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
2 What This Requires
- A clear diagnosis before any repair quote is given — we don't quote blind.
- Genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, with the specifics confirmed with you before the work begins.
3 When You Need This
- Something about your laptop isn't working the way it should and you're not sure exactly why — that's what the initial diagnosis is for.
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
Apple MacBook Same Day Repair in Carter Road — Professional, Reliable, and Affordable
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple MacBook Same Day Repair you need in Carter Road, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Same Day Repair — parts and labour both.
OEM-Grade Solutions for Apple MacBook Same Day Repair
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Any Apple, Any Brand in Carter Road
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Upfront Diagnosis in Carter Road
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
