Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Khar West's leading independent specialist for Apple MacBook repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we run a full diagnostic across the usual real culprits — startup program bloat, a nearly-full or failing hard drive, insufficient RAM for current workload, overheating-driven throttling, and malware — rather than guessing at just one, since slow performance rarely has a single simple cause.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Khar West, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. When it's Apple MacBook Speed Optimization you need in Khar West, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Speed Optimization — parts and labour both.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Khar West. We plan this repair for rapid turnaround. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Khar West home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Your personal data is our top priority during your job. Customers throughout Khar West trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the job, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
Getting your Apple fixed in Khar West is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Khar West doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Khar West are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Khar West is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Each repair completed by Xigox in Khar West comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card every single time, so the terms are clear.
Traveling across town in Khar West can be a nightmare. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Apple from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Many Khar West customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any job, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Get it fixed properly in Khar West. We bring together trained specialists, genuine components, transparent ₹350 diagnostics, and a written 90-day warranty on every Apple MacBook Speed Optimization. Book your Apple MacBook Speed Optimization today — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for doorstep convenience in Khar West.
