Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kurla West repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bail Bazaar, our service coverage extends across Kurla West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kurla West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mumbai, Kurla, Kurla East and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kurla West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple MacBook does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians benchmark before and after each fix step (clearing startup bloat, checking drive health, verifying RAM, checking temperatures) so you can see which specific change actually moved the needle, rather than a vague "it should be faster now."
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple MacBook Video Editing Optimization in Kurla West: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your issue, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Kurla West return to Xigox.
