Our bench covers 10 distinct ASUS series. That matters for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair, because a ExpertBook and a ExpertCenter are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Laptop CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair in Kopri. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.
The Asus VivoBook is Asus's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at an accessible price, Asus's answer to Dell Inspiron and Lenovo IdeaPad.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
