If you are looking for ASUS Laptop repair in Alkapuri that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent ASUS bench since 2011, and our technicians work on ASUS boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for ASUS Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401209 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Nalasopara West, our service coverage extends across Alkapuri and all surrounding localities. In addition to Alkapuri, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Central Park Nalasopara, Achole Road, Fun Fiesta Nalasopara and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Alkapuri; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

Product lines
ASUS does not build one laptop — it builds 10 separate series, and Keyboard Not Working repair is a different job on each. Xigox services ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG and the rest of the ASUS range. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Keyboard Not Working repair in Alkapuri. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.
The Asus VivoBook is Asus's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at an accessible price, Asus's answer to Dell Inspiron and Lenovo IdeaPad.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.
Worth knowing for this repair: Thinner profile than VivoBook often means more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.
