How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Backlit keyboard failures on ASUS in Parel are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. When it's ASUS Laptop Keyboard Replacement you need in Parel, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished ASUS Laptop Keyboard Replacement — parts and labour both.
Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your ASUS. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Following a professional repair in Parel, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Parel to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Parel, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Parel.

Once you agree, the repair is executed with genuine parts — and your ASUS is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide rush this issue in Parel for urgent situations. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — the repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — we return it to your Parel address with a quality report.
Businesses across Parel trust our issue to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Parel workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
