10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Parel repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Straightforward ASUS jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Parel. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
ASUS does not build one laptop — it builds 10 separate series, and Laptop Keyboard Repair is a different job on each. Xigox services ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG and the rest of the ASUS range. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Laptop Keyboard Repair in Parel. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus VivoBook is Asus's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at an accessible price, Asus's answer to Dell Inspiron and Lenovo IdeaPad.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.
Worth knowing for this repair: Thinner profile than VivoBook often means more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
Worth knowing for this repair: Distinctive RGB lighting (Aura Sync) across keyboard and chassis.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Sticky keys, keys that don't register, or a completely unresponsive keyboard on your ASUS in Parel is immediately disruptive. Xigox offers rapid ASUS Laptop Keyboard Repair in Parel: targeted key fixes or complete deck replacement. All replacement assemblies match the original — identical in feel and function.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your ASUS. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Each issue completed by Xigox in Parel comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Parel is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
