Who repairs your device
Your ASUS ROG is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for ASUS ROG repair in Colaba that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent ASUS bench since 2011, and our technicians work on ASUS boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for ASUS ROG models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, our service coverage extends across Colaba and all surrounding localities. In addition to Colaba, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cuffe Parade, Navy Nagar, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS ROG gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Colaba; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your ASUS ROG leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run a full diagnostic across the usual real culprits — startup program bloat, a nearly-full or failing hard drive, insufficient RAM for current workload, overheating-driven throttling, and malware — rather than guessing at just one, since slow performance rarely has a single simple cause.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Custom gaming PC builds in Colaba require careful component compatibility work — not just assembling a parts list. Xigox Colaba offers full build consultation and configuration: from component selection to BIOS tuning and load-test — fully verified at delivery. That's the standard Xigox holds for ASUS ROG Gaming Laptop Optimization in Colaba — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the ASUS ROG Gaming Laptop Optimization is complete.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Colaba is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently.
