Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for ASUS ROG repair in Sion East that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent ASUS bench since 2011, and our technicians work on ASUS boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for ASUS ROG models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion, Sion West, Dharavi and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS ROG gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sion East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your ASUS ROG does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A liquid spill is the most common cause for keyboard failure on ASUS laptops in Sion East. Even a drop of tea or water can short-circuit key sensors beneath the membrane. Our technicians clean and dry the keyboard layer, fix individual keys or swap the full keyboard. Keyboard replacements in Sion East are completed same-day.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Sion East is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your ASUS, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this job.
Getting your ASUS fixed in Sion East is designed to be straightforward. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue.
