Most Alkapuri repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS ROG architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your ROG — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401209 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Nalasopara West, our service coverage extends across Alkapuri and all surrounding localities. In addition to Alkapuri, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Central Park Nalasopara, Achole Road, Fun Fiesta Nalasopara and other nearby areas.
Straightforward ASUS jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Alkapuri. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every ASUS repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your ASUS ROG.
