Most Vile Parle East repair shops handle ASUS the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our ASUS technicians are trained specifically on ASUS VivoBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on ASUS work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your VivoBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400057 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Domestic Airport, our service coverage extends across Vile Parle East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vile Parle East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vakola, Vile Parle, Santacruz East and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS VivoBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vile Parle East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your ASUS VivoBook leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.
