Step by Step- 1. Connect the printer to Wi-Fi — use the printer's touchscreen (Settings → Network → Wi-Fi Setup Wizard) and select your network, or use WPS (press WPS on printer and router).
- 2. Install the driver/app on your computer or phone (HP Smart, Canon PRINT, Epson iPrint, etc.).
- 3. Add the printer — Windows: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers → Add. It should appear on the network.
- 4. Print a test page.
Make sure the printer and device are on the SAME network (not a guest/5GHz-only band some printers do not support). If it still will not connect, a technician can set up the network printer and install it on all your devices.
