If your PC turns on (fans spin, lights on) but the monitor shows "No Signal," the display path is broken — usually RAM, the cable, or the graphics card.
Check in This Order- Monitor input & cable — correct HDMI/DP input selected; try another cable.
- Graphics port — if you have a graphics card, plug into the CARD, not the motherboard port.
- Reseat the RAM — remove and firmly re-insert the sticks; test one at a time. Loose/faulty RAM is the #1 no-display cause.
- Reseat the graphics card.
- Listen for beep codes — they tell you which component is failing.
If reseating RAM and the GPU does not help, a technician can test each component to isolate a failed stick, card, or motherboard.
