Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T220 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When topping up consumables rather than replacing hardware, our technicians verify you're using the correct cartridge model for your exact printer (an easy mix-up across similar-looking model numbers), fit or refill it correctly, and run the printer's built-in alignment routine afterward.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T220 is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Most Brother DCP-T220 Printer Cartridge Refill jobs take 2–4 hours.
