How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Preventive servicing in Film City dramatically extends print head life: periodic nozzle clearing, roller replacement before jamming begins, genuine toner/ink installation. Xigox offers Film City businesses service agreements for any fleet size — including routine and emergency calls.

Arranging the repair in Film City is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Film City doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Film City is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Brother, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Many Film City customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Brother units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Not sure what's wrong with your Brother? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Longevity matters for the repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Brother. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.

Finally — this issue is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to you fully tested.
Your repair doesn't end when the Brother is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Film City customers choose Xigox again and again.
