Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T720DW is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Chembur East repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Brother DCP-T720DW models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400071 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near R K Studio, our service coverage extends across Chembur East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Chembur East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Chembur West, Chembur, Chheda Nagar and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Chembur East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Brother work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Brother DCP-T720DW does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When topping up consumables rather than replacing hardware, our technicians verify you're using the correct cartridge model for your exact printer (an easy mix-up across similar-looking model numbers), fit or refill it correctly, and run the printer's built-in alignment routine afterward.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Cartridge Refill jobs take 2–4 hours.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Chembur East is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
