10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Virar West repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401303 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Virar West, our service coverage extends across Virar West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Virar West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bolinj Naka, Virar Station, Virar and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Brother jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Virar West. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Brother work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Brother DCP-T720DW does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the print head where the model allows it for a manual clean, since dried ink deep in the nozzle channels often doesn't clear with the printer's own automated cleaning cycle alone.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
