Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T720DW is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Palghar repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401404 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mahim Creek, our service coverage extends across Palghar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Palghar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Halav Pol, Palghar Market, Palghar Station and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Palghar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Brother repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Brother DCP-T720DW.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
