If you are looking for Brother DCP-T720DW repair in Malwani that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Brother bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Brother boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this service, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Print nozzle blockages are the most common cause for poor print quality — and most are fixable without head replacement. Xigox's printer team uses ultrasonic cleaning and manufacturer purge utilities to restore nozzle flow for all major inkjet brands. Typical nozzle cleaning in Malwani costs under ₹1,000.
Reliability matters for this job. That's why our technicians exclusively use original-specification parts for your Brother. Rather than counterfeit components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your job is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Brother is returned in Malwani, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Malwani.
Many Malwani customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this job. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Brother units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Malwani is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Brother, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you proceed with this repair.
Each job completed by Xigox in Malwani comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every job, so the terms are clear.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Malwani book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single Brother or a whole office. When you choose Xigox for this repair in Malwani, you get the same service and warranty as every other customer.
Not everyone in Malwani can handle complex this job. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Brother hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Malwani clients.
Your repair doesn't end when the Brother is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise in the post-repair period, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Malwani return to Xigox.
