Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T720DW is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Kelve Road Station's leading independent specialist for Brother DCP-T720DW repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Brother hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Brother product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401401 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Saphale, our service coverage extends across Kelve Road Station and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kelve Road Station, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kelve Naka, Kelve Beach, Shirgaon Palghar and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kelve Road Station; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Brother work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Brother DCP-T720DW does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A printer producing streaked lines, blank pages, or persistent error codes are surprisingly disruptive. The Xigox team provides Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Onsite Repair for all major printer brands: inkjet print head cleaning and unclogging, laser drum and fuser assembly repair, fixing paper-jam errors, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
