Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T720DW is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Brother DCP-T720DW models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Uttan. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Servicing requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Most Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Servicing jobs take 2–4 hours.
