Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Film City repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother Printer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Brother parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Printer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400065 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Film City Road, our service coverage extends across Film City and all surrounding localities. In addition to Film City, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Malad East and other nearby areas.
How your Brother Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Film City; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Brother repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Brother Printer.

Our bench covers 3 distinct Brother series. That matters for Printer Driver Issue Repair, because a DCP and a HL are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in DCP, HL and MFC units for Printer Driver Issue Repair in Film City. Specific Brother models on our current service list include Brother DCP-T220, Brother DCP-T420W, Brother DCP-T720DW and Brother HL-B2080DW. If your Brother model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Brother DCP is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Multifunction print/scan/copy in a single unit, without a dedicated fax line.
The Brother HL is part of Brother's HL series — Brother's dedicated (print-only) laser printer line, built for straightforward, reliable document printing.
Worth knowing for this repair: Print-only (no scan/copy) — a simpler, more focused device than Brother's multifunction lines.
The Brother MFC-L2701DW is part of Brother's MFC series — Brother's full multifunction printer line including fax capability alongside print/scan/copy, aimed at small-office use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Full multifunction set including fax, beyond the DCP series' print/scan/copy.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
