FAQ

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Lalbaug repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother MFC-L2701DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother MFC-L2701DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Lalbaug and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lalbaug, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Parel, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Lalbaug. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Brother MFC-L2701DW leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a refill rather than a full part swap, we check the cartridge contacts and chip for corrosion or misalignment first (a common cause of "cartridge not recognized" errors even with ink remaining), clean or replace the cartridge as needed, and run a test print to confirm color and alignment are correct.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
The model
The Brother MFC-L2701DW is part of Brother's MFC series — Brother's full multifunction printer line including fax capability alongside print/scan/copy, aimed at small-office use.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require specific component diagnosis: is it the drum unit, the transfer belt, or the fuser assembly?. Xigox engineers diagnose the exact component before ordering any part — keeping Brother MFC-L2701DW Printer Ink Refill Service cost to the minimum necessary. All laser printer work in Lalbaug includes a 100-page test print at delivery.
