10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Elphinstone Road repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon Printer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Canon component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Printer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400013 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Prabhadevi, our service coverage extends across Elphinstone Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Elphinstone Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lower Parel, Currey Road, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
How your Canon Printer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Elphinstone Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Canon work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Printer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Our bench covers 3 distinct Canon series. That matters for Ink Smudging repair, because a imageCLASS and a MAXIFY are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in imageCLASS, MAXIFY and PIXMA units for Ink Smudging repair in Elphinstone Road. Specific Canon models on our current service list include Canon imageCLASS LBP6030w, Canon imageCLASS MF244dw, Canon MAXIFY GX6070 and Canon PIXMA E470. If your Canon model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Worth knowing for this repair: Better photo-print quality than the E-series, often with a dedicated photo-black ink tank.
The Canon imageCLASS is part of Canon's imageCLASS line — Canon's laser printer/multifunction series for home-office and small-business document printing.
Worth knowing for this repair: Toner-based laser printing — low per-page cost for text documents.
The Canon MAXIFY GX6070 is part of Canon's MAXIFY line — Canon's business inkjet printer series, built for office document volume with higher-capacity ink systems than consumer PIXMA printers.
Worth knowing for this repair: Business-oriented inkjet with higher-capacity ink cartridges than consumer lines.
