10 questions answered
Most repairs completed within 2-6 hours. Complex issues may take 1-2 days. We provide estimated timelines after diagnostic.
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Four Bungalows. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Four Bungalows (400053) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. Customers across Four Bungalows (400053) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Canon PIXMA E470 Printer AMC Services work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Four Bungalows (400053) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Four Bungalows, even when the answer means we do not get the job. We also serve Seven Bungalows, Veera Desai Road, DN Nagar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer AMC Services
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
The model
