Who repairs your device
Your Canon PIXMA E470 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Grant Road repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon PIXMA E470 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Canon PIXMA E470 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Grant Road Station, our service coverage extends across Grant Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Grant Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Nana Chowk, Cumballa Hill and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Grant Road. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Canon PIXMA E470 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes

Your Canon model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Canon units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Getting your Canon fixed in Grant Road is designed to be straightforward. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Grant Road address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this issue is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Canon is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
