Who repairs your device
Your Canon PIXMA E470 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Walkeshwar repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon PIXMA E470 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Canon PIXMA E470 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Walkeshwar Road, our service coverage extends across Walkeshwar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Walkeshwar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
How your Canon PIXMA E470 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Walkeshwar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Canon work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Canon PIXMA E470 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When dust and debris are the actual cause, we run the printer's built-in nozzle check pattern first to map exactly which nozzles are clogged, then run targeted cleaning cycles (escalating to a manual solvent soak for stubborn, long-dried clogs) rather than repeatedly running a generic auto-clean that wastes ink without fixing a hard clog.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Canon PIXMA E470 is part of Canon's PIXMA E-series — Canon's most economical inkjet line, built for basic home document/photo printing at a low upfront cost.

Preventive servicing in Walkeshwar dramatically extends print head life: periodic nozzle clearing, roller replacement before jamming begins, genuine toner/ink installation. A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Canon units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Canon is returned in Walkeshwar, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Walkeshwar.
Printer problems are surprisingly common and disruptive. Xigox handles HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother printers: inkjet clogging and print head cleaning, fuser assembly repair. Common issues we resolve same-day: paper jam errors. Corporate print fleets in Walkeshwar benefit from AMC plans covering all Canon units.
