Who repairs your device
Your Canon PIXMA E470 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a refill rather than a full part swap, we check the cartridge contacts and chip for corrosion or misalignment first (a common cause of "cartridge not recognized" errors even with ink remaining), clean or replace the cartridge as needed, and run a test print to confirm color and alignment are correct.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
The model
The Canon PIXMA E470 is part of Canon's PIXMA E-series — Canon's most economical inkjet line, built for basic home document/photo printing at a low upfront cost.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Canon PIXMA E470 Printer Ink Refill Service jobs take 2–4 hours.
Many Masjid Bunder customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Canon units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
