FAQs — Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Ink Refill Service in Tarapur
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Basic service 1-2 hours. Hardware repairs 2-4 hours. We carry common spare parts for faster turnaround.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Tarapur. Our technician diagnoses your printer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Our service covers the full 401506 postal area in Tarapur.
We accept all major payment methods for Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Ink Refill Service in Tarapur: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Tarapur Road in Tarapur get our fastest response times.
Yes — out-of-warranty printers are most of what we handle in Tarapur. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Tarapur. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Free pickup also available in Umroli Phata, Umroli, Umroli Station and surrounding areas.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. Customers across Tarapur (401506) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Ink Refill Service work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 401506 postal area in Tarapur.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Tarapur, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Tarapur Road in Tarapur get our fastest response times.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Tarapur, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer Ink Refill Service
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a refill rather than a full part swap, we check the cartridge contacts and chip for corrosion or misalignment first (a common cause of "cartridge not recognized" errors even with ink remaining), clean or replace the cartridge as needed, and run a test print to confirm color and alignment are correct.
Typical time: 10–20 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Clean contact points on both the cartridge and the printer's carriage, since dried ink or dust here causes "not recognized" errors independent of the cartridge's actual ink level.
3 When You Need This
- A new cartridge was installed but the printer still won't acknowledge it — frequently a contact or chip issue rather than the cartridge itself.
The model
About the Canon PIXMA TS3370
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Key features
- Better photo-print quality than the E-series, often with a dedicated photo-black ink tank.
- All-in-one print/scan/copy functionality on most configurations.
- Cartridge-based ink — higher per-page cost than the tank-based G-series.
