If you are looking for Custom Computer repair in Thane that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vartak Nagar, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Thane. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.

At our bench we handle Computer CD/DVD Drive Not Working Repair on the Custom Gaming PC range; the models are listed below.
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Thane need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Thane is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Thane comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Custom. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Thane rely on our issue to minimise downtime. Our corporate solutions include annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your Thane office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Thane, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Thane.
Your Custom model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
