Who repairs your device
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kandivali repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Western Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Kandivali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kandivali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Poisar, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Custom jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Kandivali. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Your Custom Gaming PC leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
Before any other work begins on a device holding data you cannot lose, our technicians set up an ongoing backup schedule when requested, rather than a one-time copy, so future changes are protected automatically without you needing to remember to repeat the process.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. VRAM overheating, shader cache corruption, and driver-level GPU faults require a very different diagnostic approach. Xigox's gaming specialists use GPU-Z, FurMark, and OCCT to differentiate thermal throttling from silicon failure — avoiding expensive hardware swaps through accurate diagnosis. That's the standard Xigox holds for Custom Gaming PC Computer Backup and Restore in Kandivali — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Custom Gaming PC Computer Backup and Restore is complete.
Traveling across town in Kandivali takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this issue. The biggest frustration about repair shops in Kandivali is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with the repair.
