Xigox is Colaba's leading independent specialist for Custom Gaming PC repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Custom hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Custom product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, our service coverage extends across Colaba and all surrounding localities. In addition to Colaba, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cuffe Parade, Navy Nagar, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Colaba; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Gaming PC leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, our technicians check the GPU's solder joints and VRM components for the specific failure signatures common to its chip generation, re-flow or repair at the component level where the board design allows it, and verify stability under sustained load — not just a quick idle test.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.

GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Colaba — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements.
