How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we test the charger's actual output voltage first (a surprisingly common cause, especially with third-party chargers), then check the DC jack/battery connector, and finally test the motherboard's own charging circuit — in that order, from simplest and cheapest cause to most involved.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.

In Talasari, Xigox's gaming specialists handle Custom Gaming PC Computer Not Turning On Fix for all major gaming brands: GPU failures, VRM damage, BIOS recovery, and overclocking configuration.
