10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane West repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Thane West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Gaming PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians test for charging while gently flexing the cable at the port (a quick way to reveal a loose internal connection), then open the chassis to inspect and repair or replace the jack itself, reinforcing the solder joints to the motherboard where that was the original failure point.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Thane West — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements. For Custom Gaming PC Power Button Not Working Repair in Thane West specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Custom Gaming PC Power Button Not Working Repair.
