Most Thane repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Gaming hardware require a different level of expertise — standard repair techniques are inadequate for high-TDP GPUs, dual-channel memory, and advanced cooling. In Thane, Xigox's gaming specialists handle Custom Gaming PC Computer Power Supply Replacement for ASUS ROG, MSI, Acer Predator, Lenovo Legion, Alienware, and custom rigs: the full spectrum of gaming hardware faults.
