Who repairs your device
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Xigox is Poisar's leading independent specialist for Custom Gaming PC repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Custom hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Custom product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Custom Gaming PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Poisar Bus Depot, our service coverage extends across Poisar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Poisar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kandivali, Kandivali West, Charkop and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Poisar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Gaming PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we determine first whether the system is failing before the OS even loads (pointing to hardware — RAM, drive, motherboard) or fails during Windows/macOS startup itself (pointing to a software/OS corruption cause) — this single distinction decides the entire repair path.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Gaming rig assembly in Poisar require PSU sizing, GPU clearance, and CPU cooler TDP matching — more than fitting parts together. Xigox Poisar provides end-to-end build and setup: PCIe 5.0 NVMe selection, DDR5 XMP/EXPO profile activation, and thermal solution validation — benchmarked and tested before handover. When it's Custom Gaming PC Secure Boot Setup you need in Poisar, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Gaming PC Secure Boot Setup — parts and labour both.
