How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Keyboard ghosting, cursor jumping, or a snapped hinge on your Custom requires specialist tools to fix correctly. Xigox engineers have the right tools for every Custom model, prevent chassis stress fractures during hinge work, and test all keys and cursor tracking before delivery. For Custom Gaming PC Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement in Dharavi specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Custom Gaming PC Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement.
