Who repairs your device
Your Custom Gaming PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Lalbaug repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Gaming PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Gaming PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Currey Road, our service coverage extends across Lalbaug and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lalbaug, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Parel, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Gaming PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Lalbaug; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Gaming PC leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
A Custom Gaming PC is a desktop built from individually selected components rather than a pre-built model line — the specific parts, cooling, and capabilities vary entirely by build, so diagnosis always starts with identifying exactly what's installed.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Single-key repairs in Lalbaug are often possible in under 60 minutes — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox carries common individual keys in stock in Lalbaug: if only one or two keys are broken, individual key swap saves ₹2,000–₹4,000 versus a full replacement. When it's Custom Gaming PC Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement you need in Lalbaug, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Gaming PC Computer Workstation Keyboard Replacement — parts and labour both.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Custom. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Lalbaug comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Lalbaug? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Lalbaug address within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.

How do you know you need this issue on your Custom? Look for: frequent freezing, overheating, slow performance, grinding or clicking, rapid battery loss, or dead pixels.
