Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Custom Office PC repair in Currey Road that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Office PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chinchpokli, our service coverage extends across Currey Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Currey Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lower Parel, Elphinstone Road, Parel and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Currey Road. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this service, our technicians check what your exact model physically supports (maximum RAM, upgradeable slots, supported drive interfaces) before recommending anything, fit the agreed components, and run a full stability and performance test before handover.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Custom Office PC Computer Assembly Service for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Each issue performed by Xigox in Currey Road comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Following a professional repair in Currey Road, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Currey Road to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Currey Road, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Currey Road.
Can't wait 48 hours? Xigox offers emergency the repair in Currey Road for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Custom just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency the repair can be arranged including weekends in Currey Road. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your repair immediately.
Businesses across Currey Road trust our issue to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Currey Road workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Currey Road residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
Traveling across town in Currey Road is stressful. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this issue. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Custom from your home or office. After the issue is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Many Currey Road customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: accurate quotes, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Currey Road customers value most: "Excellent the repair, done same day with genuine parts."
