Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umela repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Office PC architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Custom Office PC — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near St. Gonsalo Garcia Church Bassein (nearby), our service coverage extends across Umela and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umela, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naigaon West, Naigaon East, Bhabola and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Office PC gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umela; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Custom Office PC leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Umela require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Umela rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Not sure what's wrong with your Custom? Before you commit to any job, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Arranging this repair in Umela is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Custom is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
