Who repairs your device
Your Custom Office PC is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Xigox is Dharavi's leading independent specialist for Custom Office PC repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Custom hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Custom product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Custom Office PC models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dharavi. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Custom Office PC does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
A Custom Office PC is a desktop built from individually selected components for everyday office/productivity use rather than gaming or heavy workloads.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Dharavi are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. When it's Custom Office PC Computer Cabinet Cleaning you need in Dharavi, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Office PC Computer Cabinet Cleaning — parts and labour both.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Custom units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Each issue completed by Xigox in Dharavi comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Custom. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Dharavi residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Dharavi, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Dharavi.
Need your Custom fixed urgently? Xigox offers rush this issue in Dharavi for urgent situations. From an important client meeting and your Custom just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Dharavi. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Businesses across Dharavi trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Dharavi workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Following a professional issue in Dharavi, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Dharavi to document the improvement.
Your repair doesn't end when the Custom is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Dharavi return to Xigox.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Dharavi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Custom, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Your Custom is an investment — protect it with a dependable Custom Office PC Computer Cabinet Cleaning team. Xigox looks after customers across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar with transparent billing.
